The first book of the year #1 ~ Diary of a Mad Fat Girl ~ by Stephanie AcAffe is a cute, light, don't-dig-too-deep kinda read. Ace, the main character is a mad fat girl ~ who is mean to her friends ~ to the love of her life...but not her dog. But Ace is also there for her friends when they need her most. The emotions flip/flop pretty quickly in this story...so don't think too much about it, just go with it for a a fun little read.It looks like this is the first of a few books staring Ace, but I'm not so sure I need to read the rest.
All in all, a good vacation read.
