#32

A Nora Roberts is #32 for the year, Chasing Fire.  Of course it was delightful with perfectly wonderful heroes & heroines.  I did have the murderer figured out pretty early, but it was still a hard to put down story.  I'm always impressed at the details Ms. Roberts puts into her novels.  She must do a great deal of research to be able to write about such different careers with such detail.  I enjoy that aspect very much.

Quotes ~ {no page #'s so I have to use 'location'}
226 ~ "I wish...Well, if wishes were horses I'd have a rodeo."

695 ~ "Asshole.  you can't go anywhere," Janis said, "without running into assholes."

863 ~ She let her mind empty so it could fill again with scattered thoughts.

2777 ~ Best times come and go.  If you're lucky enough, they keep coming.

5093 ~ "Because people suck and generally want anything crappy to be somebody else's fault."

fl:  Caught in the crosshairs of wind above the Bitterroots, the jump ship fought to find its stream. ll: But for now, she'd caught her own fire and wanted to walk awhile sharing the warmth of it, just with him, under the rising moon.
